Lainey Wilson can't sit still. At least, that's how her friends would describe her. Funnily enough, "Can't Sit Still" is also the title of her upcoming song.

During a recent behind-the-scenes video for her Ford Truck Month partnership, Wilson explained how the title of her latest work is also how most of her friends would describe her.
"When I hear the words 'Can't Sit Still,' I think of me," Wilson said. "I think it's one of my qualities that I feel like has been one of the things that has gotten me to where I'm at. When it comes to songwriting and getting creative and things like that, it's always important for me to be one step ahead... Yeah, this job will keep you moving."
Wilson is currently on tour in New Zealand and Australia. Even when she's back in the United States, she's consistently working. If it's not new music, it's promotional work, podcasts, you name it, and it's most likely in her calendar.
"My friends would describe me as a suitcase with legs," Wilson joked. "I've never really thought that you could be in ten different places at once, but somehow we make it happen."
Lainey Wilson Recently Announced a 'Special' Netflix Project
Earlier this month, news broke that Lainey Wilson will be the subject of an upcoming Netflix documentary called Keepin' Country Cool.
"I couldn't be more excited that this documentary is going to be on Netflix," Wilson said. "This was such a special project to make, and I hope that folks who watch it see that no dream is too big and that staying true to who you are will always lead you exactly where you're meant to be."
The documentary is scheduled to release on Netflix on April 22, 2026.
Wilson's rapid rise to fame is yet to slow down. It all began when she released her debut album in 2014. Since then, it's been success after success. And now, Wilson is among the most recognizable names in the country music scene.
