Firerose continues to throw shade at her ex-husband, Billy Ray Cyrus. She has been posting videos to Instagram in recent months, accusing him of narcissism and abuse. Her latest upload has continued that trend.

"The public mask of a narcissist is the complete opposite of who they really are," the caption to Firerose's video begins. "To the outside world, they make a great effort to portray that they are good, admirable people. They are masters at this act because they've been performing it their whole life. It's often only very few people that truly see who they are when the mask comes off, and sadly, it's almost always those who are closest to them."
Throughout the video, there are shots of Firerose and Billy Ray together, then there are other shots of Firerose alone, sad, and deep in thought. The on-screen captions read "behind closed doors. Public mask. Private reality."
The video has gained almost 3,000 likes and nearly 400 comments. It's the latest in a string of similar uploads.
"Many survivors experienced this as Dr. Jekyll, Mr. Hyde, because their two personas are so horrifyingly different," the caption continued. "Additionally, once you've seen behind the mask, they begin to deeply resent you, because they never want to be seen accurately. So the more you witness, the more they resent you, and the abuse escalates."
Firerose Previous Video Said "God Sees Everything" in Reference to Billy Ray Cyrus
In a previous video posted to Instagram, Firerose noted how "God sees everything" while also offering support to anyone else in similar situations to what she had with Billy Ray.
"If you've survived narcissistic abuse, you're not alone," Firerose wrote. "It's chilling how similar survivors' experiences really are. Behind closed doors, it's always the same playbook. Control, isolation, rage, manipulation, walking on eggshells, cognitive dissonance, feeling like only person on the world that can be experiencing what you are. But I promise, God sees everything and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. You are far stronger than you think. Love is always still real, even if what you're experiencing right now is abuse, not love."
The war of words between Firerose and Billy Ray doesn't show any sign of ending. Hopefully, as time continues to pass, they will both begin to give each other the space they need.
