Zach Bryan kicked off 2026 by marrying his partner of five months, Samantha Leonard.

His ex-girlfriend, Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia, has publicly discussed her difficulties moving on.

The couple dated for over a year before breaking up in Oct. 2024. In the aftermath, LaPaglia shared allegations of toxic behavior on her BFFs podcast.

LaPaglia Won't Stay Silent About Zach Bryan

LaPaglia continued to discuss Bryan when she appeared on the reality series Special Forces: World's Toughest Test.

"Over the past couple years, I wasn't allowed to be me," she said. "From what I've experienced, I think women get steamrolled a lot, and they get put in corners."

She added, "I used to be very strong. I don't want to give anyone power over me. I really want to take control, and if I make it, it's because I did it."

LaPaglia also revealed that Bryan offered her $12.9 million to stay silent about their relationship.

She obviously turned it down, though some allege it never happened. Either way, on LaPaglia's other podcast, Plan Bri, she talked about her efforts to move on in 2026, including setting new personal goals. One of those goals is to have more sex.

Brianna Says She's "Terrified of Having Sex"

LaPaglia shared that she has "a lot of sexual trauma" from dating Bryan. Because of this, she's been "terrified of having sex."

"I am so terrified of giving someone the rights to my body because I feel like then they will have control over me," she explained.

LaPaglia is now hoping to break her celibacy streak in 2026.

"This year, I want to be able to have sex without looking at it as a negative thing or something that will be used against me," she said. "That doesn't mean I'm going to go out and bust the p**** wide open on Broadway, but it does mean that when I am attracted to someone and they are attracted to me..."

The podcast host claims she's had a few chances to get down with someone, but because she has viewed sex as this "horrible thing," she's never taken the chance.

"There have been so many guys - not so many," she said. "I'm acting like, 'Oh my God, I'm Kim K, everyone wants to f*** me,' but there have been a handful of guys that I wanted to have sex with and they wanted to have sex with me."

We certainly wish LaPaglia success in achieving her goal. Now if only her boss, Dave Portnoy, could move on, too.
