TMZ has obtained documents showing that Ronnie filed a TRO on Monday, January 5. He noted that Brittany has been harassing him, primarily by contacting him on social media.

According to the same documents, Ronnie also claims that Brittany drove to his house after she didn't receive a response on social media. She allegedly sat outside his property, while also following him to a doctor's appointment, again waiting outside the building.

The TRO requests that Brittany remain at least 100 yards away from him at all times.

It wouldn't be a surprise if Ronnie were also petitioning to have Brittany banned from contacting him on social media.

Ronnie Radke Claims Brittany Furlan Was Catfished

The drama between Ronnie and Brittany has been bubbling away for months. In May of 2025, Ronnie posted an Instagram story. He claimed that Brittany's split from Tommy Lee was due to an affair with someone who was impersonating him, thus, a catfish.

"You read that correctly," Ronnie wrote. "Brittney Furlan, Tommy Lee's wife. Allegedly fell in love with a Ronnie Radke impersonator on Snapchat, drove to my house, and sat out front. Only for me to find out. And have Brittney threaten me and accuse me of lying and telling me the catfish is actually me".

Ronnie then went on to claim that Brittany refused to believe him when he explained that he wasn't behind the Snapchat account she'd been messaging.

Brittany Furlan Clapped Back on TikTok

After Ronnie had posted his claims to Instagram, Brittany sought to share her side of the story in a now-deleted TikTok video. She claimed that Ronnie had been harassing her, along with his legal team, issuing multiple cease and desist orders while also refusing to hear her out.

"I've had enough. He's been harassing me for two weeks. He's been sent three cease and desists and has not listened," Furlan wrote as the TikTok caption. "For the final time - leave me alone Ronnie."

Following the news that Ronnie has filed a TRO, Brittany's attorney, Lou Shapiro issued a statement to TMZ.

"Ms. Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her. We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request the Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner."

Regardless of whether Ronnie is granted the TRO or not, it's highly unlikely that this is the final chapter in the war of words between the two.
