Firerose is still making her anger at her former husband, country music star Billy Ray Cyrus, 64, known to the public. The two were wed on October 10, 2023. They divorced the following year. The aftermath of their short union has been tempestuous. Cyrus seems to have moved on with his current flame, Elizabeth Hurley. Firerose, however, is now blasting Cyrus on Instagram for allegedly keeping her "completely isolat[ed]" as "a dangerous form of coercive control." Cyrus is not specifically named in her post, but it is clear who Firerose is referencing. She said he allegedly inflicted "narcissistic abuse" on her in an earlier Instagram post, and the accusations paint a picture of a tumultuous relationship.

Firerose Claims She "Wasn't Allowed To Leave the Farm"
A video that starts by showing her with Cyrus in a vehicle that accompanies her post is captioned, "Winter 2024 when I wasn't allowed to have friends, go to church or leave the farm." It goes on to say, "deliberately isolated." She is depicted with tears welling in her eyes. And it continues dramatically: "I thought it was the end." The video concludes on an upbeat note, however: "But look what God did. Your miracle is coming."
The content of Firerose's post is even more detailed and concerning. She wrote, "Completely isolating you from friends is one of the classic tactics used by abusers. It's a dangerous form of coercive control. When you're not allowed to see or speak to your loved ones, you're far easier to gaslight and manipulate."
She added other behaviors she believes go along with that type of "coercive control." Among them are "control[ling] the narrative" and a tendency to "undermine your confidence."
There has been no response as yet from Cyrus to Firerose's allegations.
Cyrus and Elizabeth Hurley Are Going Strong
Meanwhile, Billy Ray Cyrus and Hurley are still getting cozy. She captioned a pic of herself, Cyrus, and her son, Damian, on Instagram like this: "What a happy Christmas," plus a red heart emoji. Hurley has her arm wrapped around him, while Damian is leaning his head against Cyrus's shoulder.
