Blake Shelton Reveals His Favorite Meal That Gwen Stefani Fixes

Blake Shelton is happy to leave a lot of the cooking to his wife, Gwen Stefani. Shelton reveals that it's Stefani who does most of the cooking when they are home together. Although he's a fan of whatever she makes, the Grand Ole Opry member reveals he does have a favorite dish she makes, which unfortunately for Stefani, is an all-day affair to prepare.

"Man, she's really good at anything Italian," Shelton says on the Country Heat podcast. "But my favorite is probably lasagna. That's one of those things that takes her all day. It's an all-day thing, you know? And I would eat that for the rest of my life. She makes homemade pizza. Makes the dough, the dough rises, separates it, [puts it] in the pizza oven. She really does this stuff for real."

Blake Shelton's Relationship With Gwen Stefani

In a now well-known story, Shelton and Stefani bonded over the pain for their divorces. The two were coaches on The Voice, and their shared pain brought them together, eventually falling in love. The couple tied the knot in 2021, with their relationship only growing stronger as time goes by.

The two also enjoy singing together, something Shelton says he will likely do for the rest of his career. On his latest For Recreational Use Only, Shelton includes a duet, "Hangin' On" with the No Doubt singer.

"I don't feel like I want to make a record without a duet with Gwen on it anymore," Shelton says on the Today Show. "She's my favorite person to sing with."

Shelton is also bursting with pride about Stefani's singing abilities, which magically seem to be getting better as time goes by.

"She's never, I don't think ever, given herself the credit that she deserves from a vocalist standpoint," Shelton says on the Today Show (via People). "And to see her work out different harmony parts and seeing what she's capable of, I think in the last few years, [she] really started to realize what she is capable of vocally."
