I Can't Get Over Jelly Roll Signing A Jar Of Jelly At The ACM Awards

Jelly Roll has hit a unique milestone in his career. The singer has finally signed a jar of jelly, something he's somehow avoided doing until now.

With a name such as Jelly Roll, you'd think someone would get him to sign something jelly-related one of these days. When he attended the ACM Awards on May 8, however, he finally got to sign a jar full of his namesake.

The country singer was having a blast at the ACM Awards. His X account kept getting updated with new posts from the singer, and you couldn't see him without a smile on his face. Well, his smile became a little more incredulous when Bobby Bones presented him with a jar of jelly.

After Miranda Lambert put on a killer performance of "Kerosene," Bobby Bones pulled Jelly Roll aside. "I rarely get to be a fan," he told the singer as he gave him a Sharpie. "I have brought a can of jelly, would you autograph my jelly, please?"

Jelly Roll loved the gesture and thought it was hilarious. "This is the first time I've ever signed a jar of jelly," he stated as he got on with the signature.

Jelly Roll seemed pretty proud of the item, but Bones then joked, "I'm gonna sell this," which got a playful jab from the singer. Ultimately, he didn't sell it, but he did give it to Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban's wife.

What a moment. You can watch it below.

Jelly Roll Didn't Win Anything At The ACM Awards

Despite his awesome performances at the ACM Awards, and despite having been nominated for Entertainer of the Year, Jelly Roll ultimately didn't win any ACM Awards.

Awards ceremonies like this are losing their cultural significance as the years go by. People don't really care about what the academies think anymore.

But Jelly Roll took the loss well, and made a funny TikTok about his current losing streak. He danced along to his song "Losers" with the written caption "That feeling when you've gone 0 for 6 at the last two award shows."

His fans don't care about how many awards he does and doesn't have, however. A trophy isn't going to influence the minds of the fans.
