Today, Nick Cain releases "Out of the Blue." It's a song about how life throws the best moments at you when you least expect them.

A beautiful song, "Out of the Blue" is Nick Cain's second release of the year. In January, he released "What The Whiskey's For," a song we praised as a toe-tapper.
Country's up-and-comer started his journey in 2021 with the release of "You Belong In A Song." Since then, the artist has gone from strength to strength. If you're a fan of Nick Cain's ability to story tell with his twangy voice, then "Out of the Blue" will surely be a winner for you.
The song was described to WOC as a "deeply personal country track about finding love and hope when you least expect it."
"Cain delivers an uplifting message about life's most beautiful surprises." I have to agree.
The track was written by Nick Cain, Jaden Michaels, Gavin Slate, and Drew Lawrence last year. Lawrence also played on the track, alongside Tim Galloway and Shaun Richardson, who some may recognise from their work with other top country stars.
You can listen to "Out of the Blue" below. It's available on streaming platforms now.
"Out of the Blue" Is A Song Of Hope
We asked Nick Cain for his own opinion of the song, and had the following to say.
"I wrote this song in Nashville in 2024," he told us. "Originally, it was meant to be a solo track, but I've recently loved performing it live as a male/female duet with special guests. It's the third release in my latest lineup for this year, and I couldn't be more excited about the finished recording."
"'Out of the Blue' - a story about how life's best moments often arrive when you least expect them. Just when all hope seems lost, things can fall into place in ways you never imagined," he finished.
His passion for the song and its core point shines through as he sings. I'm sure it's a hit with his live audiences, too, and I'd love to see him perform it.
