Mike Tyson isn't shy of his support for Donald Trump, and has openly expressed his support for the President. He doesn't just make a political statement, however, as he seems to respect him as a fellow fighter and good man.

Donald Trump is as polarizing a figure as you can get, and his return to office has been met with extremely mixed views. When Mike Tyson sat with Sean Hannity on Fox Nation's "Sean" podcast series, he expressed his support for the President.
Hannity asked Tyson's opinion on Donald Trump, where he expressed his respect for the President. Upon confirming that he likes Trump, Hannity asked, "Why? Because he's a fighter?"
"Man, that's an understatement," Tyson responded. "I always tell people, if you didn't know who Trump was and you heard that person with all those cases, all that crime, all those indictments, you would think he's black."
"That's if you didn't see him. That's what a lot of blacks would think that's what happened to them."
Tyson agreed with Hannity that Trump has been through a lot, including his assassination attempts as the boxer pointed out, and appears to respect him for remaining standing.
Hannity then asked Tyson if he and the President are friends, "Do you talk to him?"
"Yeah, I talk to him. But he's the President, and he's really busy right now," he laughed.
Mike Tyson Thinks Donald Trump Is "Special"
"I think he'd take your call champ," Hannity humorously responded.
"He's a good man. He's a good man," Tyson continued.
Mike Tyson goes on to express that he believes Donald Trump is a "very special individual," says that "we've never seen anybody like him before."
Tyson and Trump go way back. "I used to fight at his hotel," Iron Mike reminded. He appears rather proud of his history with Trump, who later agrees that he's under "a lot of pressure."
"Most people would give up. He didn't give up."
Now that's quite the compliment coming from Mike Tyson.
His support for the President may not shock many, although he did have lots of good to say about Trump.
