The Grammys are on later today, and Jelly Roll's stylist, Krista Roser, has opened up about how she's styling him for the ceremony.

Jelly Roll has been nominated for two Grammy Awards, Best Country Song and Best Country Solo Performance. He's always been a grounded and down-to-earth guy, and her stylist knows this. As such, she has expressed that she has styled him with respect.
Talking to Yahoo Entertainment, she said, "I am utilizing a lot of letters and comments and messages that [Jelly Roll's] received from people going through certain things in life, and how his music or his message has helped in that way. I am basically getting those into the outfit in a cool way."
It's unclear what exactly she means by "cool," but I guess it's not too long before we find out. Apparently, the messages are going to featured on the Big Roll's jacket, which was designed by Charles Ams.
Jelly Roll has been big on paying his respects to his fans. He's aware of the impact his music has had on people, and it moves him. I mean he does keep the emotional and mysterious letter on the dash of his truck.
Fan messages aren't the only thing that on Roser's mind, however.
Jelly Roll's Stylist Wants To Remain Respectful About The Current State Of Affairs
Roser also wants to bear in mind the tragedies of the raging wildfires. "With the fires going on right now in L.A., I just felt like we needed to be very respectful," she said.
She continued, "I don't think it's a time to be flashy. I don't think it's a time to make a fashion statement. I think it's a time to reflect [and] be respectful of what's going on, and if you're going to make that statement, make [it] be a positive note on what's going on in the world."
A message that's in-line with Jelly Roll's attitude for sure.
Roser is aware of the general anxiety surrounding the recent natural disasters, and the extremely polarized attitudes to Trump taking office once more. I imagine this will make Jelly Roll's outfit rather solemn and simple.
I suppose we'll need to see how Roser wove together all of these thoughts and attitudes when we tune into the Grammys tonight.
