Always Will Be will be Irving's second album, and this time she's got more stars on board. Teaming up for her reinventions are the Goolis Orchestra, Chris Peirce, Lizzie No, Steve Earle, Louis Cato, Amy Helm, and last but not least, Willie Nelson himself.

Nelson and Irving have been friends for a while. Lest we forget, they were co-stars in Honeysuckle Rose. And after all these years, they're still working together.

Irving shared the news on her Instagram. We can expect the album to drop on April 25. If you're especially eagre, however, don't worry, as one of the tracks have dropped already.

Check out "Always Will Be" below.

"Always Will Be" includes a voicemail from Willie Nelson. He says, "Hey, just checking in, hope you're doing okay. I'm in the city now and gonna be here a few days, so maybe we can touch base at some point. Love you much, bye."

If you enjoyed the cover, then you're going to love the album.

Amy Irving Speaks On How She Chose The Tracks For The Album

The songs she covers aren't just arbitrary, they were specially chosen. Speaking with Variety, she opens up about this and her friendship with Willie Nelson.

"We stayed friends all these decades. We've been in each other's life all this time. He's one of my favorite people, one of my best friends. We are pretty much in communication now daily. Willie sent me a bunch of songs that he thought I should sing, and I chose the 10 that I wanted to sing," she said.

Here are the ten songs that she'll be covering, which was kindly shared to WOC:

  1. It's a Dream Come True (feat. Lizzie No)
  2. Yesterday's Wine (feat. Goolis)
  3. I Guess I've Come to Live Here In Your Eyes (feat. Chris Pierce)
  4. I'd Have To Be Crazy
  5. If You Want Me to Love You I Will
  6. I Wish I Didn't Love You So (feat. Steve Earle)
  7. Getting Over You (feat. Goolis)
  8. Everywhere I Go (feat. Louis Cato)
  9. Always Will Be (feat. Amy Helm)
  10. Angel Flying Too Close to the Ground (feat. Willie Nelson)

So a lot to look forward to this April!
