Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly feel like they shouldn't be friends in the first place. Their strange rap battle over half a decade ago seemed like a clash of two different ideals and styles. MGK's youth and grungy spitefulness contrasts from Marshall Mathers' blend of anger and trolling. Eventually, I'm sure they may patch things up, especially now that Kelly's older. Insert Jelly Roll, trying to be bipartisan and mend the bridges between the pair.

Recently, the country heavyweight sits down with Andrew Schultz and Akaash Singh on their Flagrant podcast. There, he's asked about MGK and Eminem's beef with one another and where he stands in the matter. Given Jelly Roll has collaborated with both artists and he's friends with Machine Gun Kelly, he argues they're more alike than they think. Moreover, the "I Need a Favor" singer argues it's only a matter of time until they break bread. "They're gonna get together one day eventually. I think that they're gonna find each other's heart more than they don't. And if they never do connect that way, [the feud] did more for both of them than it did to hurt either one of them," Jelly Roll says.
Jelly Roll Wants Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly to Patch Things Up
Admittedly, the "I Am Not Okay" crooner says that he's yet to bring this situation up to Eminem. Really, he's just happy to be in the orbit of someone he deeply admires and respects. However, Jelly Roll is much closer with Machine Gun Kelly. Consequently, they've already spoke about the situation it seems and apparently, he offered some perspective on the whole spat. "We all grew up watching Eminem take over the game early. If you got mentioned in an Eminem song, it was like being mentioned in a comedy special. You're on f---ing fire. You couldn't be hotter," he says.
