Remember Drake's song, "You Broke My Heart" in last year's album For All The Dogs? Well, Morgan Wallen appeared in the music video for that song, and it's finally been explained how that happened.

In the music video, Wallen and Drake seem to hit it off together eating a meal before leaving in their car. Then, they get promptly blown up. Quite a shocking and cool music video to accompany a great song.
However, this wasn't something that was in the works for a while, no. It was as last minute as you can get for these things.
Wallen's ex-manager Troy "Tracker" Johnson visited the In The Trenches podcast, where he told the story.
Out of the blue, Johnson received a text from Tracey Martin, President of The Core Entertainment. She said that Drake's team was trying to get his attention. Eventually they got across that they wanted to fly Wallen down to Toronto the next day.
Naturally, as it's Drake, Wallen and Johnson accepted the mystery request for Wallen's presence. Even when they arrived in Toronto, they didn't know the details of the event. They knew they wanted Wallen for a video, but that's it.
A Troubling Journey For Morgan Wallen
When they finally arrived in Toronto, they were told that the drivers taking them would know where to go for the shoot. Strangely, the drivers didn't. After some asking around, they finally get the location to the site.
"It doesn't really look like anything," Johnson recalled seeing the image of the site. "[It] looks like a field, and at this point we're kind of all thinking 'are we getting punked?'"
They finally arrive at the location, although their worries still weren't being answered.
"We pull up and it's just this gated, really dark road, and we start driving, and at this point we're also going, 'Okay, now we're back to being murdered. I don't know what's going on!'"
Although at long last, they arrive and all made sense, "Then we pull around this corner, and it's a full-blown movie set."
Their entire journey was one beset with as little information as possible, although they still managed to make it to the shoot. Apparently, Wallen and Drake hit it off quite well, which isn't surprising.
If it weren't for Wallen's eagerness, this may have never been pulled off.
