Monday night's show had some audio issues to the frustration of many fans. People hit Reddit to vent their irritations as the show about singers couldn't get their audio straight.
A post titled "The production team is sleeping?" opened the discussion. The poster strangely elaborated, "Maybe I need a new tv, I'm also kind of grateful because I'm not enjoying the singers, but I also can't hear them sing. Turn up the mics."
"I'm about done with this show due to this season," one wrote, "This has happened on many occasions where the music is way louder than the person singing. If I can hear background singers over the artist, there is an issue. Idk if it was due to the live show or what but wtf."
This is a pretty infuriating problem. You'd think a singing competition would be able to present their audio properly.
"I watched the highlights on YouTube. I didn't get through ONE performance. Everything sounded SO bad. Whoa...what happened?! I also saw Sting wince/cringe a few times...so there's that..." another chimed in.
Internet Reacts To Awful Audio Problems On 'The Voice'
The complaints don't end there.
"They always have the music way too loud during the lives for whatever reason. So loud I couldn't even hear Carson taking us to commercials," another writes. When the music is even trumping the presenter, you know you've got a problem.
"The voice is always like that. I have to max my speakers to hear. Every other show I have the volume at like 60%," a frustrated fan writes.
One more shares their thoughts on the matter, "The band is so loud OR the singers are so bad they are covering them up. Annoying that the background drowns the voices."
We're nearing the finals now in The Voice, and if the show wants us to hear their contestants, then they really need to get their act together. It's always annoying when performers can't seem to break over the sound of the instruments.
