Dashcam of 92-Year-Old and Cop Dancing to Country Hit Will Make You Smile

A 92-year-old Austin, Minnesota woman was caught dancing to a country song on a police officer's dash cam yesterday, and the video is going viral.

Millie Seiver was cutting a rug in the parking lot to Officer Kim Lenz's radio music.

The Brothers Osborne's "Stay a Little Longer" was playing. Seiver, who was in the same parking lot as Lenz, began dancing to the tune. Not one to let a sweet old lady dance alone, Lenz then turned up the music and began dancing with Seiver.

KAAL-TV spoke to Seiver about how nimble she is at 92. "I'd like to see more people be more active, out walking and things like that."

In regards to the viral response, Seiver said, "I don't know, I was just so amazed, I was so shocked. I didn't think it would go any further than that. Probably a little proud, I suppose, of the fact that it drew attention that I'm able to do what I can do."

The video was a welcome relief from all the division and contention on social media lately, and the commenters to the page echoed that sentiment.

"People in America could use a lot of lessons from Millie and those in blue," wrote one commenter. "If all of us had a little Millie in us this country would be a much better place."

The video even reached the Brothers Osborne. They tweeted this message in response. "God bless our friends in blue and may we all be as young as Millie one day."

Thanks, Millie and Kim, for giving the rest of us a little dose of happy.
