The three USPS workers will face trial for their alleged attempted rape of their coworker.

USPS Employees' Premeditated Assault Using Drugs

The three defendants snatched their coworker from a party held in the East 11th and 4th Avenue post office. She worked with the three men in the USPS office and was with them on the night in question. At one point in the evening, she began to feel strange. Then, she reported that she "could not control her body, and eventually lost consciousness."

It is reported that during this point, Jean "slapped and squeezed the victim's buttocks while she was unable to stand or fully hold her head up." The press report goes on to say that the three USPS workers "dragged her out of the post office and into the back of the truck."

Luckily, a 911 call was made, and the police arrived at the scene. According to the report, the police found two of the USPS workers "sitting in the front seats of the truck, where they initially refused to open the back." But banging could be heard from the van. So, police demanded the truck be opened.

Once the doors were opened, they found the female USPS worker with her pants undone. Furthermore, Jean stepped from the truck while doing his own up. The Manhattan District Attorney released a statement. "As alleged in this indictment, these three postal workers dragged their incapacitated colleague out of a post office and into a mail truck, where one attempted to rape her."
