Pancakes are only two ingredients away! These 2-Ingredient Pancakes are made fast; perfect for a healthy and gluten-free breakfast.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- butter for the pan
- In a medium bowl mash bananas until smooth with a few bits of small pieces. Add the eggs and stir to combine. The batter will be runny.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and swirl butter in the pan. Drop pancake batter into the skillet and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve hot.
If you love fluffy pancakes add 1/4 tsp baking powder to the mixture. Serve these pancakes with maple syrup and butter.
