First responders took 14 fans to local hospitals during and after a concert by The Chainsmokers last Friday. Reports state at least 10 attendees were taken within the last 30 minutes of the show in San Jose, California.

What Happened at The Chainsmokers Concert?
As PEOPLE reports, fire officials called for additional support at 8:22 p.m. after receiving "reports of multiple patients requiring medical attention" at San Jose's Discovery Meadow, according to a San Jose Fire Department social media post.
The patients from The Chainsmokers show were reportedly hospitalized for various concerns. Several reports say that the attendees were suffering from "suspected alcohol intoxication and drug-related issues."
Several concertgoers were treated by paramedics at the venue as the concert came to an end.
The SJFD shared on social media that the department "immediately requested an Ambulance Task Force, two additional advanced life support fire units, and a Battalion Chief to manage the incident and provide additional medical resources."
Officials said that 14 ambulances and a fire truck were lined up outside of Discovery Meadow.
Was Anyone Arrested?
Patients at the venue were cleared within two hours. The SJFD stated that all of its resources returned to service around 10:34 p.m. The San Jose Police Department helped control traffic. No arrests were reported.
The Chainsmokers then went to Nevada to perform the next morning at Wynn Las Vegas' Encore Beach Club.
This harrowing incident comes days after six members of Ed Sheeran's tour crew were rushed to the hospital after his performance at Ford Field in Detroit.
The incident took place around 11 p.m. on Saturday, after the "Shape of You" singer's concert. Audio from the fire department revealed that crews were sent to the venue for a "forklift injury accident."
While none of the crew members suffered anything life-threatening, two suffered serious injuries. Four of them were in stable condition when they were taken to the hospital.
