1-Year-Old Goes Viral For Having A Cracker Barrel Themed Birthday party

Chester turned 1 year old recently, and his parents thought a fitting birthday theme would be... Cracker Barrel?

The Austin family went all out for Chester's Cracker Barrel birthday. In photos shared with PEOPLE, the proud parents can be seen with their son amid the Cracker Barrel-themed festivities. They really decked out their yard to make it an impromptu restaurant, and honestly, it looked pretty cool.

There was a Cracker Barrel-looking backdrop where they took photos, themed cups, and even personalized syrup bottles. Most impressively, they got a custom sign that read "Chester Barrel" that had an image of the birthday boy.

This is all impressive and all, but it's not the theme I'd expect a 1-year-old to have.

It does make sense, though, considering how important the chain is to the parents. Brooke Ray spoke to the outlet and explained how meaningful Cracker Barrel is to them.

"It's a place that has always felt like home to us, whether we're road-tripping to Mississippi or stopping after a long flight back home. We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our little one than with a theme that's both meaningful and delicious," she said.

Both parents "grew up" on Cracker Barrel, and have continued to regularly eat at the chain together.

"Now, we're excited to pass this tradition down to Chester," she said.

Cracker Barrel Gave Gifts To The Birthday Boy

You think an event like this wouldn't attract the eyes of the mighty Cracker Barrel? It's unknown whether the parents tipped off the chain, but they noticed, and gave Chester some birthday gifts.

According to the outlet, Cracker Barrel gifted Chester his own peg game and provided the little syrups, biscuit and dumpling mixes, and tic-tac-toe boards for the party, as well as his own mini rocking chair. Pretty cool right?

To marry together Chester's love for pancakes and their love for Cracker Barrel, the cake looked like a stack of tasty pancakes.

"The party was so special because it truly reflected Chester's happy, easygoing personality. From the pancake stacks to the cozy, nostalgic feel of Cracker Barrel, it felt like a celebration of not just his first year, but of all the love and memories our family has built together," Brooke continued.

"It was really special to see our loved ones gathered around, enjoying a meal that feels like home."

Brooke also "can't wait to teach Chester how to play the peg game as he grows up."
