Zac Brown Band’s Jekyll + Hyde made it to the top of the Billboard album charts.
Zac Brown Band earned their third No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart with their latest album, Jekyll + Hyde. The album, which was released April 28, sold 228,000 copies in its first week.
Jekyll + Hyde‘s success partially stemmed from its two already successful single releases. “Heavy Is the Head,” featuring Chris Cornell, made it to number one on the Mainstream Rock chart, while “Homegrown” hit number one on the Country Airplay chart. Bon Jovi is the only other artist to have number ones on both of those charts.
With such a strong debut, it’s likely that Jekyll + Hyde will find a home on the Billboard album chart for the weeks to come. Zac Brown Band will be on the road touring throughout the summer in support of their latest release.
