Watch Kacey Musgraves' Lovestruck New Video for 'Butterflies'

If "Space Cowboy" is all about letting go, Kacey Musgraves' swooning "Butterflies" is about embracing the intoxicating feeling of being in love. In the new video for the song, released on May 4, Musgraves is seen in the throws of newfound love.

Like "Space Cowboy," "Butterflies" was filmed in Mexico City and directed by Courtney Phillips. The clip opens with a man getting a butterfly tattoo in a dark room. We see scenes of Musgraves wandering around the city interspersed with fairytale-like clips of the singer with the object of her desire and affection before culminating in scenes of the couple in a thrilling car ride against the backdrop of the city's skyline. The video also features scenes similar to the previously released "Space Cowboy" video, symbolizing beginning anew after heartbreak.
