Tuf Cooper Wins All-Around World Champ — And a Fiancé with Heartfelt Proposal

As if winning the National Finals Rodeo wasn't enough, Tuf Cooper also just won the heart of his lady love when he proposed during his acceptance speech.

When Cooper was accepting his award for the all-around winner of the NFR, he took the mic from the announcer, removed his hat, got on one knee and tearfully asked his girlfriend, Tiffany McGhan, to make him "the happiest man in the world".

Though the video doesn't show it, the Las Vegas Review-Journal confirms that Tiffany said yes.

Cooper is the World Champion tie-down roper and youngest son of ProRodeo Hall of Famer and eight-time World Champion Roy Cooper. The 27-year-old hails from Weatherford, Texas, and he beat out his own brother in law, Trevor Brazile, to win the gold buckle. Brazile is the PCRA's winningest cowboy.

Tiffany McGhan is a rodeo fashion blogger as well as the owner of Fashion Posse.
