The home, which resides in the Mount Baker neighborhood, has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The current design of the home has the property split in two so it can function as an investment property. But the real attraction of the entire property is the treehouse sitting out back on the deck.
The owners of the property used yellow cedar to build the structure. The owner gathered wood from his home state of Alaska. He intended to create a unique place to stay for his musician friends when they were in town.
The two-level treehouse has a circular design with a huge tree running right through the middle of it.
The inside of the treehouse is surprisingly spacious, and includes a functioning office. The owner designed the project to support electricity and ran lights throughout the structure. However, windows line the walls and let in plenty of natural lighting.
A gorgeous spiral staircase runs along the outside of the treehouse, and a natural wood rail system ensures your safety.
Both levels also have a deck circling the treehouse, which offers beautiful views of the home, garden and backyard all at the same time.
As for the home itself, it also has a rustic, natural feel to it with wood floors and cabinets and doors.
It features a classic paint scheme and features a nice open sitting area and a beautiful kitchen.
It also had an enclosed patio where you can take in the view of that gorgeous treehouse out back.
