Spurs point guard Tony Parker is bringing French cuisine to San Antonians with his new food truck, Crème de la Crème.
Parker, a native of Belgium, is working with his personal chef Clif Chetwood to co-found the food truck, which opens on March 18 at the Point Park and Eats in North San Antonio.
According to My San Antonio, the menu features authentic French food, including include crepes croquet monsieurs, salade chevre chaud, escalope de veau, escalope de saumon and steak frites.
“Chef Cliff has been feeding my family and me fantastic food for nearly five years,” Parker said in a statement. “This food truck is an opportunity to share a part of my French heritage with the people of San Antonio through Chef Cliff’s culinary creations.”
The grand opening is set for March 18 at 3 PM, and will operate from 5-10 PM on Thursdays, 3-10 PM on Fridays and noon to 10 PM on Saturdays.
