The TODAY Show Cast's Country Costumes Are a Lot to Handle

It's Halloween, and the anchors of NBC's TODAY have gone country for the occasion. During this morning's broadcast, the team showed off their impressive and hilarious takes on country stars through the decades.

Introduced by Reba McEntire, Carson Daly showed off his "Achy Breaky Heart" version of Billy Ray Cyrus.

Beloved weatherman Al Roker channeled the Red Headed Stranger himself, Willie Nelson.

Megyn Kelly opted for Shania Twain's iconic look from her "Man, I Feel Like a Woman" music video.

Hoda Kotb put on her best flannel to pay homage to Blake Shelton. The "I'll Name the Dogs" singer even stopped by and

Kathie Lee Gifford showed off her sassy side with her take on Miley Cyrus.

But the most impressive transformation came from Savannah Guthrie and Matt Lauer, who became Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers.

The queen of country even stopped by to give Lauer a few tips on how to really get the look right. Let's just say that the process was a little intensive.

It looks like country stars are a popular costume choice for this year's Halloween festivities. These adorable kid's versions of Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean also went viral this week.
