This 160 Sq Ft Tiny House Hides a Charming Farmhouse Interior

This incredible tiny house is only 160 square feet, but it makes the most of its small interior.

Tiny Life Construction has taken the tiny home living to another level with their smallest model, "The Lindley." The 160 sq. ft. house comes with beautiful cedar siding and a hunter green roof.

As lovely as the outside is, it's the interior of this small space that sets it apart. Plenty of windows and a glass door provide tons of natural light. White walls and woodwork and light oak floors add to the tiny house's big feel.

There's a full-size fridge.

And a full-size stove.

They even made room for a washer and dryer, which is a feat considering the space doesn't even seem cramped. The adorable bathroom has a fabulous little barn door. It fits the bill looks-wise and saves a ton of space. With only 160 sq. ft. to work with, there's no room for an awkward swinging door.

Lest you think they forgot about the bed, here it is: simple loft area that fits a queen size bed. It looks like there's a generous amount of headroom, so even the tallest of visitors will sleep in comfort.

Tiny Life Construction is based in North Carolina, and "The Lindley" looks to be their smallest model (custom builds are an option). This particular model is priced at $48,000, which is a great deal given the amenities and quality.
