The beautiful white wood structure packs almost 300 square feet of space and even includes a foldable deck with chairs.
Inside you’ll find more sparkling white interior with a mix of brass and matte black hardware throughout.
A foldout Murphy bed provides plenty of sleeping room. When not using the bed, use the solid oak dining table.
A loft above the kitchen area provides sleeping accommodations for others. Use the salvaged wood walnut ladder to get up there when you’re ready to call it a night.
The home features a mix of quartz stone and oak countertops, as well as a breakfast bar with room for three stools.
There’s even a nice hideaway cubby with room for a TV (and plenty other hidden storage).
And the bathroom features a shower, energy efficient toilet and a vanity with vessel sink.
Other top-of-the-line features include an energy efficient refrigerator and freezer, gas range stove, LED lighting, two electric wall heaters and a tankless water heater. It also has hookups for a combo washer/drier.
It also comes mounted on an Iron Eagle Tiny House trailer for easy transport. All in, this beautiful farmhouse tiny home runs $75,000. That price doesn’t include the furnishings from the pictures, but they’ll can furnish it for a little extra if you like.
