Rare ’50s Camper Has an Untouched Interior That Will Take You Back in Time

Some things get better and better with age… and a little wood polish. Like this nearly untouched 1953 Vagabond trailer that still has all of the original birch paneling, appliances and furniture.

According to the ad on Vintage Camper Trailers, the trailer was purchased in 1953. The buying couple lived in the space for a couple years and then put it into covered storage for three decades.

A new buyer finally got a hold of this impeccable time capsule and polished it up. With a little cleaning and new tires this lime green, 8,000-pound work of retro art came back to life.
