For many of us, getting our hair cut is one of those chores that can be annoying to plan.
Maybe you just don’t like the process of sitting and waiting for it to be done. No matter what the reason might be, you probably haven’t gone to the extreme lengths to which this sheep went to avoid getting a trim.

Shrek the 10-year-old sheep decided to take matters into his own hands. He ran away from his New Zealand farm and hid inside a cave for six years in order to keep his wool.
“We didn’t know he was there,” Shrek’s owner, John Perriam, told the BBC.
When he saw the sheep who was completely covered in a mound of wool, he wasn’t quite sure what he was seeing. “He looked like some biblical creature.”
When it was finally time for Shrek to shed his heavy coat, the event was broadcast live throughout the country during prime-time television. After expert shearers got Shrek back into shape, they were left with over 60 pounds of wool — enough to make over 20 men’s suits!
The remaining wool was auctioned off online and Shrek remains one of the most famous sheep in New Zealand’s history.
