This Incredible Lumberjack Cake Even Has a Plaid Pattern Inside

Cake-crafting genius Elizabeth Marek, owner of Portland, Oregon’s Artisan Cake Company, designed this one-of-a-kind lumberjack cake.

Marek drew inspiration from Oregon’s most iconic manly men: lumberjacks.

“I’m in love with lumberjacks,” Marek wrote. “It makes sense. I love trees. I love beards. I love plaid. This lumberjack cake is a culmination of almost all my obsessions. If I could have worked in a mermaid I would have.”

The entire cake, including the detailed hatchet, is edible.
