Miranda Lambert's sixth album, The Weight of These Wings, has just been certified Platinum by the RIAA.
The album debuted at No.1 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart and No. 3 on the Billboard Top 200 all genre back in Nov. 2016. Now, it's gone platinum by selling over 500,000 copies. The Weight Of These Wings also received multiple Grammy nominations and the ACM Album of the Year Award. The first song released from the album, "Vice," received multiple Grammy and ACM Award nominations on its own. Her third single, "Tin Man," is currently climbing the country radio charts.

Lambert has plenty to celebrate this year. She recently scored a Cosmo cover, hung out with Jimmy Buffett, and worked with her idol, Steve Earle. The Weight of These Wings has been widely acclaimed as one of her strongest career releases and has been ranked on multiple "Best Of" lists this year.
