Its main feature is the 70-to-30 meat-to-fat ratio patty. But, it’s the slice of seared pork belly that really sets the burger off. The chef then places a sunny-side-up egg directly on top of the pork as well as white American cheese and pickles to finish off this masterpiece.
To help you enjoy this burger even more, Folc adds a side of fingerlings to your plate. Naturally, you will want to soak up the delicious egg yolk in these so you can enjoy every morsel of this burger.
