Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani teamed up for a memorable duet performance during this year’s Billboard Music Awards.
The pair have been far from secretive about their surprise romance, which was made public just a few months after both stars divorced from their longtime spouses. Since going public with their relationship, the two have been seemingly everywhere promoting their individual music and showing off their admiration for each other.
Shelton and Stefani opted to perform their new duet, “Go Ahead and Break My Heart,” during the Billboard Music Awards on May 22. In case you somehow missed the news of their love affair, they made it clear that they we’re all about each other during their set. Check it out below.
The two can’t seem to stop smiling at each other as they swap romanticized lyrics that discuss the vulnerability that comes from trying to love again after immense heartbreak.
The track is featured on Shelton’s brand new album If I’m Honest, which he touts as a musical representation of his life experiences over the last year, including his highly-publicized split from Miranda Lambert last summer.
