Rory Feek Announces Return to the Stage With 2018 Concert Dates

Two years after the passing of his wife and musical collaborator, Rory Feek is ready to perform again.

Beginning in April, the singer, songwriter and filmmaker will take the stage in the barn concert hall on his family farm for what he calls a set of "extraordinary, ordinary evenings with Rory Feek."

As one half of the country duo Joey + Rory, he earned acclaim for his songwriting and performance skills. Sadly, Joey Feek passed away from cervical cancer on March 4, 2016.

Over the past two years, Rory has kept an open dialogue with fans on his grieving process, his relationships with friends and family as well as his struggle to continue with music.

Joey + Rory performed together frequently in their barn concert hall just an hour south of Nashville, welcoming fans from across the country. His solo return to the stage will surely be an emotional and powerful moment for Feek.

"What Rory does on stage is more like a TED Talk with music, than it is a concert," Rory's manager Aaron Carnahan said. "Rory's an unusually gifted storyteller who is able to weave songs, stories and video components seamlessly together in a way that not only entertains an audience, but also profoundly impacts their character and marriages and the way they look at life."

Fans can find information on ticketing at Rory Feek's official website.
