Reba McEntire’s family ranch was burglarized this past June. The burglar broke into the ranch, located in Chockie Okla., and stole dozens of personal items. According to KXII, authorities have formally charged the burglar.

Clint Mansell, of Lehigh, Okla., pled guilty to stealing around $28,000 worth of property from the ranch. Among the items he admitted to stealing are an ATV, air conditioning units and tools.

Prosecutors have charged with burglary, possession of stolen property and grand larceny.

The McEntire family has owned the ranch since the 1950’s. Clark McEntire, Reba’s father, first purchased 40 acres of land which has turned into a sprawling 8,000-acre property. Reba was born and raised on the family ranch.

The ranch is incredibly sentimental to the singer. She used it as the setting of her “Just Like Them Horse” music video.

Luckily, the police were able to recover a number of stolen items and return them to the family.
