Miranda Lambert Performs ‘Little Red Wagon’ with Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift surprised some lucky 1989 tour concertgoers with a surprise appearance from Miranda Lambert.

During Swift’s stop at Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, N.C. on Oct. 21, she paused her show to announce that date’s special guest. “Make some noise, guys,” she announced happily. “Because Miranda Lambert is here! The coliseum erupted in screams as Lambert appeared onstage, sitting on a literal throne of men before sliding into the first lines of her hit single, “Little Red Wagon.”

The two strutted down the stage’s runway side-by-side, which highlighted the very different performance style of the two stars. Swift’s overly-chroregraphed style came off a little comical next to Lambert’s natural swagger. Still, Swift’s fans didn’t seem to mind, letting out waves of cheers throughout the surprise collaboration.

Lambert is the latest in a long list of country stars to surprise concertgoers during her current world tour. Just a few days ago, Keith Urban joined her onstage during her show in Toronto, Ontario, Canada for a rendition of his single, “John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16.” Over the past year, Dierks Bentley, The Band Perry, Sam Hunt, Little Big Town, Alison Krauss, Natalie Maines and Kelsea Ballerini have all been featured as Swift’s surprise guests.
