Miranda Lambert performed her latest single “Keeper of the Flame” at the 2018 ACM Awards. McEntire introduced Lambert by acknowledging that Lambert now has more ACM wins than any artist in history.

Written by Lambert, Natalie Hemby and Liz Rose, “Keeper of the Flame” is a song about performing music solely for the love of music. The song served as the perfect tune for the road warrior to perform on the big night.

Lambert is already a winner tonight. She took home the award for Song of the Year for “Tin Man.” She’s also nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year and Video of the Year for “We Should Be Friends.”
