Miranda Lambert and Anderson East Perform Moving 'Getaway Driver' Duet

Miranda Lambert and Anderson East aren't only a power couple, they're also a powerful musical duo.

During a concert in London last night (Aug. 23), the "Tin Man" singer suddenly brought her beau Anderson East onstage for a spur-of-the-moment duet.

Lambert sent her band offstage and surprised fans by inviting East up to sing "Getaway Driver" with her. He accompanied her on acoustic guitar and they sang the song together in close harmony.

You can see a clip of the performance in this video, posted by a fan to Instagram.

Lambert also took to Instagram after the show to rave about the experience, which apparently rankled a few Scottish fans who took to the comment section to express how perturbed they were that the singer didn't post about her concert in Glasgow.

East is one of the co-writers for "Getaway Driver", along with Lambert and songwriter Natalie Hemby. The song was written for Lambert's 2016 album The Weight of These Wings, which she is currently on tour to promote. The pair also have a duet on the album, in the song "Pushin' Time". Lambert and East have performed together on multiple occasions. On one notable occasion they sang a Valentine's Day duet together.
