Attention all Fixer Upper fans: you’ll soon have your chance to stay the night at Chip and Joanna Gaines’ bed and breakfast just outside of Waco, Texas.
Magnolia House features all the design elements you’d expect from a Gaines project. Farmhouse-inspired decor, including shiplap, claw foot tubs and clean lines are abound. Plus, it’s within driving distance of the Gaines’ Magnolia Market at the Silos and downtown Waco.

You can beginning booking your stay on Feb. 15 at 7 p.m. CT for reservations between July and December 2017. But don’t be late – these reservations are known to be snapped up in record time. And it will likely be months before you’ll get the chance to book anything for 2018.
If you want to bring your friends or family along, keep in mind that the Magnolia House can hold up to eight visitors a time. All trips must be at least two days long, and you cannot reserve individual rooms. If you book a stay, you get access to the entire house (and really, who wouldn’t want that?).
