Jason Aldean Shares Impressive Cover of Garth Brooks' 'Much Too Young'

Jason Aldean recently recorded an acoustic cover of Garth Brooks' "Much Too Young (to Feel This Damn Old)" for Spotify's Spotify Singles series.

The song was debuted by Brooks in March of 1989. "Much Too Young" has become iconic and is a fan favorite at concerts.

To take on recording such a timeless song was a bold move on Aldean's part, who often gets relegated to the performer camp (as opposed to an artist). This cover really showcases Aldean's talent. With nothing more than a guitar, he does a damn good rendition of "Much Too Young."

Really, he covered the song with the aplomb of a man unphased by his critics. He can sing and sing well.
Although, Aldean has had plenty of time to practice. "Much Too Young" seems to be one of his favorite songs to cover. In 2016, he joined Brooks on stage to sing the song at Nashville's Ascend Amphitheater, delivering quite the performance.

Aldean has also joined Luke Bryan for a duet version.

"I kind of feel weird telling you this," Aldean reportedly once told a blushing Brooks, "but I had pictures of you on my wall when I was growing up."

Keep on, Aldean. The song suits you.
