This recipe comes from Gemma Staford’s Bigger Bolder Baking. In the video below, you can learn how to make five microwave meals, but the pizza mug meal is our favorite hands down.
Here’s the skinny on how to whip-up this tasty and super easy treat:
Add 4 tablespoons of flour, 1/8 teaspoonof baking powder, 1/16 teaspoon of baking soda and a dash of salt. Add 3 tablespoons of milk and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the dry mix and stir. Layer your sauce of choice on the mix, and sprinkle on cheese, pepperoni and some dry herbs. The combinations are endless, so add in whatever you like on homemade pizza.
Cook in the microwave on high for 1 minute, and voila! Insta-pizza.
