To make your jerky, start by combining your jerky seasoning and jerky cure with a little bit of water. You will then mix this in with your ground beef. At this point, you will want to place the meat mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour. If you have time, it’s really best if you can leave it overnight.
Now, you are ready to make your jerky. To do this, you will roll your jerky into small discs and place it in the oven at the lowest setting for a couple of hours. While it is cooking, crack the door of the oven open a bit so that it will cook correctly. Finally, you are ready to enjoy your jerky.
