Hear Chris and Morgane Stapleton's Version of 'Amanda' for Don Williams Tribute Album

Back in 2013, Chris and Morgane Stapleton stunned the Grand Ole Opry with their cover of Don Williams' hit song "Amanda." The legendary track, which was also recorded by Waylon Jennings, took on new life with the Stapleton's impassioned vocal performance. Now, the couple's live staple has finally been recorded for a new tribute album.

With simple acoustic guitar and gritty, echoing vocals, the cover shows off the talents that have made Chris and Morgane two of country music's most celebrated artists.

Produced by Garth Fundis, Gentle Giants: The Songs of Don Williams features reimagined versions of some of the country star's best tunes. Released in celebration of Williams' 78th birthday, the project shows the lasting impact of the now-retired artist's songbook. "Some Broken Hearts Never Mend," "Tulsa Time" and "I Believe in You" are just a few of the hits included on the tribute record.
