A country music legend is joining forces with one of the genre’s most celebrated newcomers.
Hank Williams Jr. and Chris Stapleton will be co-headlining a string of tour dates this summer. The tour, which kicks off on Aug. 5 in Tampa, Fla., will visit eight cities across the country this August.
Tickets for all co-headlining dates will go on sale Jan. 29 through Live Nation’s Country Megaticket. You can find more information on individual dates through Williams Jr.’s and Stapleton’s official websites.
Before he hits the road with Williams, Stapleton will play a string of music festivals, including Coachella and Bonnaroo. Williams, who just released his 37th studio album It’s About Time, also has a busy 2016 ahead of him. The 66-year-old is set to perform at the second annual Big Barrel Music Festival in Dover, Del. as well as the brand-new Dega Jam to be held at Alabama’s Talladega Superspeedway.
