Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and More Join 'Hand in Hand' Hurricane Relief Telethon

Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and Nicole Kidman are among the celebrities just added to the upcoming Hurricane Harvey relief telethon.

George Strait will also appear live for a televised performance at the Majestic Theatre in San Antonio. Chris Stapleton and Miranda Lambert will also take the stage, while Blake Shelton will also be appearing from Los Angeles to help represent the country crowd.

Oprah Winfrey, Robert De Niro, Dwayne Johnson and George Clooney are just a few of the other big name celebrities who'll be showing up to support the benefit on a nationwide scale. Other music artists who will appear during the benefit include Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, Drake and Barbra Streisand.

Hand in Hand: A Benefit for Hurricane Relief will air on Sep. 12 at 8 p.m. EST/PST. It will be broadcast via CMT and other networks. In the U.S., these networks include ABC, Bravo, CBS, E!, FOX, HBO, MTV, MTV2, MTV Live, MTV Classic, NBC and Oxygen. Livestreamed versions of the broadcast will also be available via YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, Huffington Post and AOL starting at 8 p.m. EST.

The benefit will be filmed in San Antonio, Nashville, Los Angeles and New York City.

Hand in Hand will benefit charities assisting those displaced by both hurricanes Harvey and Irma. The specific charities it will be benefitting include The Mayor's Fund for Hurricane Harvey Relief, Habitat for Humanity, Direct Relief, Save the Children, Feeding Texas and United Greater Way of Houston. Donations will be handled through the Hand in Hand Relief Fund and can be sent via text, phone and online up to an hour after the telethon ends.
