Back in 2013, Carrie Underwood took over Faith Hill’s spot as the singer of NBC’s Sunday Night Football theme song. The 32-year-old is back for the third straight year and is giving fans a sneak preview of what they’ll see during the season opener.
In this video teaser below, you’ll see Underwood hanging out alongside NFL players Andrew Luck, Clay Matthews and Russell Wilson on a California film set. From production meetings to filming the country star during a live performance, the clip shows all the work that goes into NFL’s famous opening segment.
