The King of Country himself, George Strait, has announced a new special lineup of concerts in Vegas for 2017. The two-night experience will run over four different weekends between April and December. The new residency has been dubbed 2 Nights of Number 1s. As the name suggests, Strait will be singing his 60 No. 1 hits over the course of the two, back-to-back nights. Yes, 60 — the most No. 1 hits of any recording artist.

Strait is currently still performing in Sin City on his Strait to Vegas Tour. Show dates were recently extended and will now conclude on Dec. 2.

The 2 Nights of Number 1s announcement comes on the heels of his live-streaming performance at Texas’ historic Gruene Hall on Nov. 16. Details of the performance were kept secret until hours before show. According to Strait, the pop-up performance was to help hype up fans for his new box set. You can see Wide Open Country‘s exclusive report and video performance of “Amarillo By Morning” here.

Strait Out of the Box: Part 2 is a three-disc album set that includes fan-favorite songs from Strait’s career plus two new tracks. Strait’s new originals include “Kicked Outta Country,” co-written with Jamey Johnson, and “You Gotta Go Through Hell,” penned by Strait and his son. The box set will be available Friday, Nov. 18 exclusively through Walmart.

George Strait’s 2 Nights of Number 1s show dates:
April 7-8
July 28-29
Sept. 1-2
Dec. 8-9

Tickets for these shows go on sale beginning Dec. 2.
