Nancy Jones, the widow of country music legend George Jones, has reportedly sold the estate in Franklin, Tenn., where she and her late husband lived.
The 24-acre property boasts a beautiful 10,000-square-foot home, featuring four bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, a salt-water pool and garage space for 11 automobiles, plus a tour bus. Buyers Nathan and Patricia Overton recently won a lawsuit against Westgate Resorts over a timeshare unit dispute in Gatlinburg, Tenn. They plan to live on the property along with extended family members.
Originally, the property totaled 77 acres before a portion was sold in 2013 to a couple for $2.4 million with plans to build a home and horse-riding facility.
