You Can Spend the Night in the Shotgun House from 'Fixer Upper'

Calling all Fixer Upper fans! You can spend the night in a house designed by Chip and Joanna Gaines.

This landmark Waco home from the HGTV hit series' third season, better known as The Shotgun House, is up for rent on Airbnb. For $325 a night, you can rent out a piece of Fixer Upper history.

This isn't the first Fixer Upper home to hit the market. Despite Chip and Jo trying to stop clients from renting the renovated homes, other properties, like the Mailanderare being rented out.

But The Shotgun House is one of the Gaines' most jaw-dropping transformations in the show's history.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Waco, Texas, this one bed, one bath home is conveniently located near the Magnolia Silos, Baylor University and countless restaurants. The home was nicknamed "The Shotgun House" because of its long, slender design.

Chip and Jojo maximized the limited space with a cozy loft, a sofa bed and a kitchen that also doubles as a dining room.

The expansive windows in the living room make this tiny home feel more spacious.

The rustic details in the master suite exude Joanna's modern farmhouse style.

And the cement sinks in the bathroom give the space just a touch of industrial edginess.

But if the inside of this tiny house feels too cramped, you can kick up your feet at the fire ring in the spacious fenced-in yard.

If you're planning a trip to Waco and want to stay in The Shotgun House, make a reservation on Airbnb.
