If you are sucker for fruity drinks but can also handle a little kick in your cocktail, then you’ve got to try Delish‘s tasty Fireball Sangria recipe. Served chilled, the beverage is packed with flavor and great for summertime sipping.
Below are the necessary ingredients.
1 apple, chopped
1/3 cup Fireball Whisky
3/4 cup apple juice
1 orange, chopped
1 blood orange, chopped
1 cup red wine
First, the diced apples need to be soaked in the cinnamon whisky for at least 30 minutes. This allows them to absorb all the delicious Fireball flavor. Then, pour the apples and whisky into a pitcher and add all of the other ingredients. Watch how easy the recipe is to put together in the video below.
After you’ve stirred all of your ingredients together, cool your concoction in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. If possible, however, it’s best to cool the beverage for two to three hours because the longer you allow the drink to chill, the more time the fresh fruit, wine and cinnamon flavors have to combine.
Despite being simple to prepare, the fresh fruit adds a fancy touch to the drink so you’re sure to impress all your friends when you show up to a party with a pitcher of this stuff. Per the video above, we recommend serving your sangria in mason jars because, well, everything tastes better in a mason jar.
